This is the fourth of a regular series of Grand Rounds where 3 cases will be presented on clinical problems in Respiratory & Critical Care Medicine. The emphasis is on teaching points which we hope the audience will find educational and useful. This Grand Round will cover paediatric wheezing disorders.
